do i need new headers?

i have the edelbrock tes headers on there now. they are about 4 years old. well my problem is that the pass. side header always has a leak in the back. i will replace the gasket tighten them all down and check them everyday for the next week. it is fine for awhile then they burn through again. i think they are warped or something. is it possible to fix them if they are warped? like mill it down? forgot to mention. i have even used the allum. ones and it still leaked with those on. also the trick flows that i have are the d-port exhaust version

if not, then what would be a good set of headers that have a y-pipe? the roads here are crap so i can't do longtubes because of the clerance. thanks for the advice.

Re: do i need new headers?

I had the same prob with my edelbrock tes on the driver side. What I did is called summit and ordered the thickest gasket there was, and tightened the header as much as I could.

Yes, the Edelbrock headers are crap. Get yourself a set of Dyno Don's headers. Search this board for "dyno don headers" and you'll see.
