Wrong headers

Hey guys,
I recently ordered some Hedman shorty headers for my 92 5.0 tpi W A.I.R. My problem is that I accidentally ordered the wrong ones (W/o A.I.R). P/N 68460. I've been reading some opinions about deleting the AIR system from the car. I no longer have to take the emmisions test (OBD1) so I can deal with it. Should I have it deleted or should I just fork up the extra cash for the headers with A.I.R? Any difference in performance? Thanks in advance guys!

Re: Wrong headers

if you do gain any performance its minimal. But having the engine bay without all that air crap makes it look so much nicer!
