ok...so driver's side is done..
I was asked to post these sooo enjoy
Props to Mandrel bending Solutions for low low prices on mandrel bends, and they have stainless too, which I should have got hah.
The little piece of tubing below the piping is 4 2/10ths big.

Continued cause I like to be an attention ***** sometimes too!

----------

Few notes here:
The pictures with the DP can and the measuring tape are the only ones with the headers actually on, I have them off painting them.
Stock ride height from what I assume since I have airplane-take-off fender gap. This could be wrong, soo it could be higher with factory height.
2.5" piping.
Shortes which make it all possible, unless you fab your own long tubes that come down and exit around the subframe instead of where they usually do..
I am hoping to still have atleast 4" of clearance after I drop it 1.5-2".

How did you end up slipping the pipes from MBS into one another? I got mine in today (damn fast, I ordered them yesterday at 2:00pm and got them today at 11am).But they are all 3" OD on each side so they will not slip in. I either have to get butt joint clamps or hope that AutoZone has 4 3"-3" ID couplers in stock.

Crap, that is what happened to me the first time I ordered, I could not for the life of me re-find the comment box for when you order with paypal, and they did not flare the end of my pipe. I think AZ only carries 2 1/2 to 2 1/2 connectors
You could find a local exhaust shop that can flare ends for you, I know one just a few miles down the road that flares my ends for free for me.

Actually, I found a couple of connectors that were 3"ID at Autozone yesterday, but I actually need 5 total, so I asked the guy if I could order more and he said I can only buy them in store and they only stock 2 at a time =(. The good news is that they only cost $2.50 each as compared to the dynomax ones at Summit - they want $15!
