New engine, New advice needed!!!

Ok, i just dropped this engine into my 86 camaro with a new TH350 trans.

http://www.tuffdawgengines.com/chev_350_360hp.htm

Now i need an exhaust to keep it legal, I just need something simple and cheap, this isnt a show car by any means. And i dont have alot of money to have a custom exhaust made. I was wondering if this dual system would be a good idea from dynomax. I don't know much about exhaust so as much help as possible is appreciated.

Dynomax Performance 89009

Just get a single 3" catback of your choice... Hooker, Flowmaster, Dynomax, etc all my decently priced kits that'll work great. That dynomax dual kit looks like a disaster.
