I am putting some used headers on my '89 Firebird, and they don't have 3 bolt flanges, the previous owners just welded the pipes straight to the collectors. Because I want to be able to take my exhaust system apart if I need to, I wanted to weld on some collector flanges, but I can't find any flanges anywhere!
I have done numerous internet searches with no luck, and all of the muffler shops in this area only have 3" flanges (which are too big), or 2 bolt flanges.
Mr. Gasket and other companies make gaskets for flanges that size, SO I KNOW THAT SOMEONE HAS TO MAKE THEM, but who?
I have been by all of the local auto parts stores, and the closest thing I can find is if I buy a header reducer kit for $25, and even then, it only has 2 flanges.
I AM NOT GOING TO PAY $50 FOR $10-15 WORTH OF PARTS.
I know that someone on here has to know.

I picked some up at O'Reilys before

 

A muffler shop I went to said the same thing, they even specified the packaging (they said that I would have to buy a 4 pack) but I tried 2 different O'Reilly's with no luck... Though the parts people I was dealing with seemed pretty dense...
