Good bang for the buck Longtubes?
Okay, I've been a member here for years. On my last thirdgen I put in a set of 2055 and the install was a breeze and the fitment was great. My last Fbody was a 96 Formula and I put in Pacesetter Long tubes. Install was a nightmare(bluddy nucks, cussing and banging), but the price was right and the gains were more than worth it in the end.
Now, Longtubes can go anywhere from $200 for cheapies uncoated with a Y-pipe to a grand. What is a good $4-500 coated LTs with a Y-pipe available for a thirdgen/auto? I prefer slip fit if that matters.
