Hey guys sorry the answer might already be on the forum but I need a definte answer. I have a 92 camaro 305 auto trany and want to put an exhaust and headers on. I am going to put some type of cat-back on for sure. I was wondering if there would be a problem with me wanting to put long headers on as well with the exhaust. My concerns are fitting, piping and ground clearance. The headers I want to get are flowtech part #16102FLT, any help is appreciated, thanks

Alright my bad, how bout any long tubes in general?

Long tubes aren't worth the trouble on a street car.
Ok well I guess I'm looking to get the hooker 2055's but it says they only fit up to a 90's model and mines a 92' is that a problem? and the ceramic coating is 230$ more does that make a difference or not?

Hi, new here.... I have the hedman 1 5/8" long tubes on my 92...(forgot the part number) They actually tuck up very high with zero ground clearance issues..... Quality is great for the price. And they install rather painlessly. They are cheap from summit... I think I paid like 160 for them a few years ago.... Actually gonna take em off and sell them becuz I need some 1 3/4" or bigger tubes.... Just my .02

the part number for the hedman long tubes is 68460... summit has them for 176.00 Imo they are a great full length header... I have had them on my car for 4 years now and abused them terribly lol...

Long tube headers themselves aren't the source of ground clearance problems, it's the rest of the system.
