Looking for pics of Powerstick/Chambered setups
Like the title states, I would like to see pictures of those of you who have installed a powerstick or chambered exhaust on your cars. I am looking strongly at putting a powerstick in place of my I pipe and possibly doing a single outlet dumping it before the rear tire, but wanted to see how some of you did it.
From the limited posts on these mufflers, they sound pretty bad @ss.

Re: Looking for pics of Powerstick/Chambered setups
Here's some pics of the true dual exhaust me and my dad built for my GTA. It's Hedmen LT headers with 3 collectors, to stock style 3" cats, to 3" classic chambered mufflers, to an exit before the rear tires. I love the way it sounds, and even though when I originally posted this a couple of years ago, a lot of guys didnt like it because they said i'd have no ground clearance, I still drive the car every day. It clears almost all speed bumps without any trouble, and doesn't affect the daily driveability of the car at all. I drive the car to college 4 days a week, and it never scrapes on the speed bumps there. Anyways, enough words, heres the pics.

The single powerstick will be much simpler to do, and you'll have more ground clearance. If you're not planning to make a bunch of power then the single stick should be just fine and sound good.

Not really a "bunch" of power, but the car does have the 350 TPI, light cam, Hooker headers, and 3 in exhaust right now.
Re: Looking for pics of Powerstick/Chambered setups
A 3" powerstick will never be a restriction behind a NA TPI
Best clearance is parallel to the driveshaft. Just a tip, but use the longest stick you can fit

Re: Looking for pics of Powerstick/Chambered setups
would it be better to dump it with an angled turndown tip right there after the I pipe, or have the shop split it after the I pipe and run dual tips out the rear?
And I am guessing that the longer stick will be a little quieter than a short one or better sound or what?

The shorter the stick, the more it sounds like strait pipe. Longer sticks have more chambers to actually sound like a muffler
Over the axle is vastly superior to dumps. Way too much noise in the car
