hey guys i was looking at a set ot these heders, i got a 5.3 ls going into my 89 camaro, so i'm wondering if these will fit or why they wont, what would i have to do to make these work thanks

Not to be a dick but this has been asked 1,000,000 times. Those will not work. Your only options are sw headers, 4th and 5th gen stock manifolds, and 4th and 5th gen shorty headers.

edit: you can get 3rd gen sbc hearders and mod them with ls header flanges.

 

no problem, but the reason im asking is because is there anything we could fab up to make tem work? i guess im asking why dont they fit, if someone could answer that for me i would be happy, but i can make anything fit, just need to know why they dont, what makes them so different? thanks for the reply

good man, thank you! im sure you understand where im coming from? headers for our cars aint cheap when swaping ls engines in them, so im looking for other alternative solutions, thanks again

 

im in the same boat with ya. Im going to be using stock f body manifolds for now. I plan on buying some long tube sbc headers for my car and getting some ls1 flanges and start hacking them up.
