not if you ever intend to use the same oven for cooking again . could release nasty toxins & taste to food . good luck .

I've been using the same oven we use to cook food for curing paint for years now and no one in the house is coming down with any negative health effects.
Open a window or two while you're baking because that whole level of the house will smell like paint. That's about it.
BTW, ours is a gas oven, too.

Used our house oven to bake mine in. Just opened some windows.

it'll work, but it'll stink (as others have mentioned). i had an old electric one from when i remodeled my kitchen that was used for stuff like that. don't want my pizzas smelling like my headers!

I used a gas oven, worked great. Just had a light smell of crayons after for 5 hours or so. It does not make the oven unuseable for food afterwards
