PLEASE HELP!!! I want to keep my car stock. Its a 1991 z28 5.7 L98 350

I need a whole new exhaust with cats and everything included. My cats are no good. Where should i go to buy them (online) or does any1 have cats for sale?

Just don't buy a direct fit on them. The bigger the better! They don't make them like they used to. Oh also you can get about $125.00 for each of the old stock ones.They have presious metal in them. Don't throw them out! I got $125 for mine on feebay. I bought my new one from a company online, they tried to talk me into one that was not a direct fit, but i wanted to keep it stock and get what was on it. Big mistake. I will be buying another one in about a year. I won't make the same mistake twice. Good luck

 

So are you suggesting to go bigger than stock ? And does anyone have a good reliable company where I can get complete exhaust with cats dual exhaust for 5.7 tpi 350 l98

 

I thought you were selling this car as is.....or are you just jacking people around again?

 

Your an idiot studmstr obviously jacking people around when I'm putting a whole new exhaust.

They have to have the right stamping # on the cats now or they will fail the Ca visual cant stick just anything on them anymore.

 

KG427 I sent you a link, check out all the cats. The link i sent was for the 5.0 motor but could be the same as the 5.7. Anyway that is where i bought mine. I think the one i linked you to was the 3" pipe. I would stick with 2.5 inch if i were you. But it is your car. If you call these guys at the phone # on the link they will help you get what you need. But do your research first, so you know what you kinda want before you call.
