Exhaust manifold leak causing stalling?

I have a exhaust manifold leaking and making alot of noise. Would this cause the engine to stall or crap out real bad. My car is running terrible when i accelerate? Any help.

I could see it messing with the ECM on deceleration by sucking air in and indicating an over-lean condition. Like sofakingdom said, you should fix it anyway. Exhaust leaks, even tiny ones, will never help you make power. Plus they sound awful.

I bought a set of flowtech headers and gaskets so that should solve that. Thanks.
