Car: 1988 GTA Trans AM
Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: 5 speed
Headers from auto fit standard car?
Will headers for a 3rd gen automatic car fit on a 3rd gen 5 speed?
I have been told no and yes, just want to get the correct answer before making a purchase

Depends which kind, if they are shorties then I would say yes for sure. If they are long tubes then some do and some don't depending on brand and model headers. With long tubes you have to worry about your drivers side collector and exhaust going from it hitting or being really close to your slave cylinder on the transmission since it sticks out right where long tubes normally point.
