Which spark plugs for edelbrock headers?

What spark plugs do you guys run with the edelbrock TES headers? Will the stock length be fine? or should I get the Accell header plugs?
thanks

I don't have an answer for you (as I do not have those headers). However, I am curious: What about these headers calls for a special type of spark plug? Are they shaped in a way that prevents certain types or something?

Just for my own information.

There are 2 reasons to possibly want to change plugs due to manifold changes; the primary one would be changing the heat-range of the plug due to changes in the ambient temperature around the plug and the other would be due to shear accessibility or lack thereof in regards to the plug

Re: Which spark plugs for edelbrock headers?

It is only for accessibility and fitment issues.
For people that have these headers, what plugs do you use?
The heads and engine are otherwise stock.
thanks

Re: Which spark plugs for edelbrock headers?

I have used bosch with those headers in the past-they are shorter than typical stock replacements. I have not tried stock replacement plugs with these headers, but looks like they should fit(started using the short plugs when I had SLP headers)

Re: Which spark plugs for edelbrock headers?

I ended up getting the Accel short style header plugs.
Thanks everyone for your help.

Re: Which spark plugs for edelbrock headers?

Due to header design, #6 and #8 are almost completely blocked by the #4 primary tube, making it very difficult to change the rear plugs on the passenger side.

I have standard length NGK plugs with mine. I use either a pass-through socket or a ratcheting box end wrench to change them. I still have to do it from under the car.
