4th gen flowmaster
Will a 4th gen flowmaster system fit on a 3rd gen? There is a sweet deal for one on my local Craigslist and I plan on buying it if it can fit.

Good deal im actually using 3in flowmaster system meant for 4th gen on my 3rd gen. Sounds good too!
Re: 4th gen flowmaster
Judging from the crush-bent pipes, the only part of the exhaust system pictured that's Flowmaster, is the muffler. Even then, if the muffler doesn't have Flowmaster stamped in it somewhere, it's probably another brands copy.

It says flowmaster on the other side. For it to work with inlet and outlet it has to be facing down.

Re: 4th gen flowmaster
if you are looking for actual flow and a resulting increase in performance, the only part of that setup that you should reuse is the muffler- and even that won't help much (or at all) if that is the 2.5" inlet that it looks to be... those tiny tailpipes and that cheapo over the axle pipe are doing absolutely nothing to help with flow, either..
