Hedman long tubes and 02 sensor placement

I'm about to install my new headers and was wondering where you guys have been putting the O2 sensor? I'm thinking of putting it on the top side of the drivers header:

seems like it will be out of the way here, thoughts , recommendations?

Re: Hedman long tubes and 02 sensor placement

If it fits there. I am sure you read the instructions that say it must be placed where water will not collect in the head of the sensor (so your positioning there is fine). However, with the header installed, you might not have as much space above it as you think. Did you test fit the header? You might need to test it first, put the bung on it, measure the space, it probably will want to sit at an angle.

put it in the passenger side header: there's a lot more room over there.

There is -NO- room on the drivers side for it to sit like that.

-you've been warned
