whats the best catalytic converter for a 1991 firebird V6 3.1 L? I need to get a new one, I don't have problem with emission standard because I from mexico

The second one has a provision for A.I.R. injection. If you still have that system in place and working, I"d go that route.

'91 MPFI engine doesn't have AIR to the cat. Only to the passenger side exhaust manifold.
If you aren't required to meet emissions, just drop a pipe through the stock cat-con and be done with it.
