350 tpi basically stock. i believe 3 inch pipe

If you look up on rock auto.com and do a compare 87 vette and bird both use a walker 15622 converter. You might want to spend the extra money for a walker to insure your getting the right converter.

On aftermarket, I am sure they are interchangeable, but for the originals, while both were 3" slip fit and flange on the other end, it didn't bolt right up. The air tube was different, and perhaps the bolt holes in the flange. It's been over 20 years, so please pardon my recollection. But a universal fit like pictured, is probably fine.
