Need help finding 4 bolt rectangle flange exhaust gaskets
Years ago my car had some exhaust work done on it and the shop used some 4 bolt rectangle flanges on the header to Y-pipe connection.
Im having a hard time finding the right gaskets and I thought maybe someone on here could help point me in the right direction.
I measured the bolt hole spacing, but I can get overall dimensions if needed.
I need 2. The first one is 2.5" x 2.75" and the second is 2.5" x 3". Or close to that. Im not sure what kind of flanges they are.
Anyone know a good place to start looking? I looked at Remflex's catalog and couldn't find anything close enough to work. I really don't want to just reuse the old gaskets with RTV unless I just have to.
Thanks

That felpro stuff might work. I hadn't seen it before. Thanks.
I do remember that the shop that done the work used to build catalytic converters. Maybe those flanges were originally for them? I just remembered that. I'll have to do some looking and maybe I can find some dimensions.

I've had to make gaskets out of similar material for years. L69 w/ 4-bolt cat... same as some of the earlier TPI cars.

I have a sheet of material and some new steel flanges if you need them.

Midias, I'll take some pictures when I get a chance. Not really sure why they done it that way, but it has worked so far. Only reason I have to mess with it is that I have a leak at the head now and need to take this connection off to get to the head easier.
Sofa, That's probably what I will end up doing.
Drew, Im not sure. I seen that one on summit's website. Im going to run by advance and see if they can pull one and I'll measure it.
JMD, Im just going to reuse the old flanges, thanks though.

Yes it does and I'll check for sure. The odd thing is that they used 2 different sizes between the passenger side and driver's side. Pretty sure they just grabbed what they had and threw it on the car.
Really wish I had the money at this point to just grab a set of OBX long tubes and put on.

Well Drew's aint it either.
Part Number: 31624
Bolt Hole Center to Center Distance 1 (in): 4.33
Bolt Hole Center to Center Distance 2 (in): 2.68
Going to try and look through a Walker catalog. If all else fails, I'll just make my own gasket.
Thanks guys. Hope to get started today on it.
