Smog Legal LG4 Headers
Hi, I'm sorry if there is already a thread for this; but I tried searching but I didn't find my answer.
I have a stock 85 LG4 and I am trying to find out what headers I could use that are emissions legal. IE, ones with AIR tubes, EGR, O2 sensors, etc.
Does anyone make these or would it have to be fabricated?
Edit: Nevermind, apparently I'm just bad at searching.

Hedman makes an air tube kit as well, so you could also adapt those to work, the O2 is just a bung. Matter of finding some one to weld it up for you.

Do you think welding air lines to a set of 2055s would be worth the extra trouble vs just buying a set hedman 68481?

stripped and ready for paint
Not at all. With the headaches and the amount of work to remove old and install new you'll want to save as much energy and time you can. I bought the 68481's and it still took a few weekends. I will say I would have paid the extra to have them ceramic coated. I went 'cheap' and stripped all the packaging paint off and painted with Jegs hi temp paint. Turned out okay. It was difficult to get down into all the crevices and took me a Friday afternoon and evening to get them all stripped and painted. Dont go cheap is my mantra on headers.
