a few exhaust questions for a 350 tpi
1.has anyone put dynamax headers on, how did they work for ya?
2.has anyone used hooker headers, which ones, #2055 or #2460
3 has anyone removed the air pump and lines when they put headers on, how easy/hard was it
4 do you need back pressure for sensors and computers to work, or can you run open exhaust
5 has anyone done cut outs, if so, where
6 has anyone put dual exhaust on theirs, how much did that cost
7 has anyone put 3" on a ws6, because i can't figure out how to do this
thanks for your help, i want my bird to growl

Have you been reading lots of posts? Because I've seen every single one of those topics float through in the last month. Sorry don't mean to be a jerk
I'll give a few things a shot, just off the top of my head. I'm not much of an expert, I just read a lot.
I haven't seen many people use dynomax headers that i can recall, I'm quite curious about them myself. People take smog pumps off all the time. There is no back pressure sensor to my knowledge, but too big of pipes will cause you to loose power. Cut outs theres a few options but I haven't read up much. "True dual" exhaust must be custom fabbed and won't be cheap. Unless you've got TONS of power IMO its not worth it ( i know people will disagree with me, thats just the way I see it thats all).
3" exhaust should be what any aftermarket setup for your car has. Thats pretty general but its a start
I'd go looking around for sound clips and see what you like, but remember recording quality makes a big diff in how it sounds. Listen for "tone" as opposed to volume or depth of sound. Flowmaster and Hooker seem to be the most popular for a strong sound. Hooker has more "roar" in the higher revs IMO from the sound clips I've heard, but have yet to hear one in person. I get compliments on my exhaust all the time, even though I don't think its anything special. I guess people like it because you can clearly hear it but its not excessively loud. The headers will gimmie some more volume though! (time to stop rambling!!)
