Random Technology...
I dont hear about many people on here w/ a Random Technology Cat-Back, they seem to be the best in my research, when bolted on and Dynoed on a 4th gen car they added 16RWHP just the cat-back alone, i got one on order, there expensive (almost 500$) but i think it may be worth it, when i get it on my car i will tell you how it feels
Yeah, I noticed the same thing. I did some reseach when shopping for a cat and ended up buying a Random Tech cat. The car already had a Dynomax cat-back with a gutted cat (previous own did that). In order to pass emissions, I needed a cat and settled on the Random Tech. It was pricey ($223 including shipping from TPIS), but the butt dyno tells me that it is better than the gutted cat.
Maybe it's the price...

Its the price that kills everyone. If I had the money to blow I would buy it, but its way to much for our kinda crowd.

I had this cat back on my Z when I put my new motor in last year but it was incredibly LOUD.Way too much attention from the boys in blue and my car is illegal enough. The only complaint I had with it otherwise is it never flowed (used) out of the passenger tailpipe, all the exhaust came out of driver side, looks bad in cold weather.I sold it to a friend with a 93 Z(that was a fun install, alot easier to mate it to a 4th gen than you think)and it sounds awesome on his car which pissed me off,but still doesn't use passenger tail pipe.I think the difference was his car is injected while mine is carbureted, which always sound different thru the same exhaust.
