See sig.

The y-pipe outlet to the cat is 3" slip-fit with the 2055's. So, they won't "connect" to the carb exhaust system.

No problem. Replace the rest of it with TPI-sized & -type stuff...

Although some might beg to differ, the concensus seems to be that SLP wins for quality, fit, performance, and durability. They lose only in price.

Hedmans are a cost-conscious choice, especially for those without A.I.R. requirements. Their A.I.R. headers & y-pipe are about the same price as the 2055's from Hooker. There, Hooker probably wins the quality war, although I don't particularly like what they did with their collector ball flange opening (I modified it, so I'm happy now).

The 2055's would be fine on all but the most wild of 350s.
