Yeah, I kinda messed up my stock exhaust manifolds, so I was thinking of ordering headers. Do the same headers fit a 305 as they do a 350??? Just wondering, and where is the best place to buy them...thanks.

 

SLP headers are the best for either 305 or 350. There is a group purchase going on right now for SLP headers you could purchase either their 1 5/8 headers or get the 1 3/4. If you just plan on doing headers and keeping the car a 305 without any power adders then the 1 5/8 will probably be great! However if you ever plan on swapping to a 350 or beefing up your lil mouse with drugs or boost then I would get the 1 3/4. Either way I like having larger pipes

Oh and BTW if you plan on getting SLPs and don't get in on the group purchase then when you decide to buy I would definitely go through SLP. Other places like Next Gen Parts and a couple other places carry the headers but the mark up is high and trust me they are expensive enough as it is:
