header to y-pipe gasket question...

I noticed the other day that the flanges for the header to y-pipe connections are rubbing on the lower control arm. Do you think that I could loosen the bolts just enough to reposition the flanges and then tighten them back up without any problems? I figure that it can probably be done, but I don't want to do it if it will destroy the seals or not seal up right again.

Just FYI, I have the TES setup with the gaskets that came with them. Thanks

Matt
