Header Decisions, need help quickly!

Okay i am having some difficulty with header selection. The LG4 in my '87 is going to be gone tomorrow and a GM 350 HO deluxe (330hp) will be replacing it. I do not plan on using any of the stock exhaust pieces. What I have planned so far is a Catco Hi-Flow in front of a Hooker Cat-Back. Now the big problem for me right now is headers. I need some decent flowing headers that will not provide any real clearance problems with this motor and not break the bank. So I need some of your recommendations as well as I need to know if I will need to get a custom Y-pipe, buy it separately or if it comes with the headers.
Thanks.
Bob
