so many damn suspension mods I finally got my Borla. I was running no muffler B4 and it sounded a lil' trashy. I like Borla it and it sounds badass (IMO). Heres a few ....

Any problems with the fit? I've seen the pics of the seperate pieces and MAN does it look complicated. Alot of people have complained of fitment problems and such. Did you install it yourself or take it somewhere? What are all your mods?

 

Yeah there are alot of pieces in this exaust system. I took it to a nearby muffler shop where they did it for $75. They did a sweet job on it and there were no clearance problems.

And 350 block pushing 430HP and Spohns T-56 by July this year. It takes time to mod with a lousy job.

 

Cool. I was thinking about the borla, I've always wanted it, but seeing as I'm a poor teenager, I think I'm just gonna save up over the summer and try and get SLP headers. Then I'll decide on a muffler and dump the exhaust. Cheapest thing I can think of. Only way to get any cheaper than that is not get SLP headers and go with edelbrock or sumthin...

Yeah, and going to college for at least 4 years to get a good job isn't the fastest way to mod your car either, but when that day comes, YIPPPEEEE. You'll see one sweet IROC when I'm done.

Oh, and to the person who works 16hrs a week, see how much money you have only working 6hrs a week @$5.15hr, on campus jobs pay nothing.

I'm waiting on the file to download, damn dialup, that's one thing I miss about college and being on spring break (T1).

 

I only checked out the second video, that exhaust sounds a little weak to me. Maybe you just weren't able to give it enough gas in the limited amount of road you had.

Ok, Mark definately wins this one That must really suck dude.
But hey, someday we'll get there. Then there'll be one sweet SPORT COUPE rollin around this town! I'm on the 5 year plan due to a major change... one thing I'm worried about after heading off to "real college" as opposed to community is finding a job. Gotta pay insurance and keep gas in it.
