When i first ran my car for the fist couple of months it seem like it was running little rich. As of now im using the regular Bosch Oxygen Sensor, Since the sensor is located on the header is it best to get a 3 wire sensor? or should i just stay with the single bosch one?

I still have a single wire one on my car. I haven't had any problems with it but a heated one would likely get the car into closed loop a bit quicker when it is cold.
And thinking and knowing that your car is running rich are two different things. Get a scantool on it and check the BLM and INT figures to find out how it is running.
