door weather strip
is there some one that makes the door weather stripping with the plastic insert at the end of the seal like the original one? I have replaced them with the oer brand and the top hole where the screw goes in is tearing

Re: door weather strip
Fairchild indsutries ............ https://fairchildindustries.com/automotive/
Yes, their door seals have the molded insert. If you need ANY weatherstripping for a Thirdgen and Fairchild makes it,... it will be the best fit and quality compared to anything other than original GM parts.
I've bought Fairchild door seals thru JC Whitney ( more than once ) and got them a bit cheaper than other suppliers by using coupons/discounts. They are far superior quality over other aftermarket brands like Metro or SoftSeal.

These door seals are the most accurate reproductions on the market. These are sold as a pair and ready to install. We recommend using weather strip adhesive to assist the seal pins during installation.
