From Pic to CAD file?

does any one know of a way to take this picture and enter it into a CAD program(or something like it).what i'm looking to do is make my own TB plate.i'm trying to find an easier way to get the demensions so i can enter them in without spending a month trying to figure out it all by hand.

You can do a save of the image as a jpeg or such . Then bring that jpeg in to the autocad drawing as raster image by going up to the top and going through the raster image. Then you do an overlay of it with autocad . I have done this with firebird symbol for a cover inside my engine bay by the radiator area.
