Where can I get the heat barrier gel for welding to keep the metal cool and help reduce warping? I seen it on this site the other day and now i can't find it for anything. I'm getting ready to undergo the flush door handle mod for my project Iroc and I'm not that great of a welder So i thought this might save me a little money instead of warping a door panel.

Eastwood or anyplace that sells body shop supplies.

Alternative, us the rag/water thing but if you do I’d suggest getting your little brother a squirt bottle of water and sending him on flame patrol (put out anything that starts burning that you don’t notice before you need to use real stuff like the fire extinguisher or fire department), that’s what I did when I as welding up the last roll bar that I did… Of course, my “little” brother is only a year younger then me
