looking to relocate my parking brake. lokar has a few items that will help me in this but i'm hoping to find someone else who may have done it before either to the other side of the console on the floor or a pedal mounted unit under the dash.

Can you understand my drawing?
Pull up & down to engage.
just find a cool shape that blends with the console & looks refined at the same time.

What about disposing of the handle in the interior altogether? Mount an actuator under the car to pull the cables and just have a couple of switches inside the car to control it.

I want to do the same thing because I plan on mainjg a custom dash and console. I had never though of using an actuator....but that is an awesome idea...anyone care to elaborate on how you might make that work? I Just had another thought...maybe you could leave the assembly somewhere in teh car so it isnt in teh elements...such as under that dash....console...etc....sounds like a very feasbale idea.

That's a good idea....and for someone like Jeff who already has an air source available on the car, it would be pretty easy. Just need a 2-way valve, a cylinder and some line.
