So I know first off, if I were to purchase bolt on subframe connectors, I know that there will be that pain of tightening the bolts from time to time, and that sort of simple thing, but do they actually function just as strong as welded connectors?

Just want some suggestions as to if I should or should not get the bolt on, mainly because I don't have a welder and for ease of installation.

I put a set of bolt ons from TDS and am very happy with the way they fit. They don't run along the sides and have saddles that fit around the end of the subframe. The TDS bolt ons will be easy to weld in due to the way they fit.

You can always put your bolt-ons on at home yourself, then go find someone that will weld them for you. Bolt-on doesn't mean non-weldable.

 

I suggest welding. PLEASE pull up your carpet though! I've seen too many Fbodies burn because of the floors get to hot and catch the carpet on fire.
