Somebody build a TBI intake/engine cover
Somebody build a TBI intake/engine cover
I've never been able to find a TBI open element that isn't round. It's not the worst thing in the world, but they just don't look as good as the TPI intakes.
It shouldn't be too hard to fabricate something that looks similar to the TPI intake that fits over the throttle body and still has holes for the breather filter and those two little sensors.

I dont see the point of making an engine cover for a TBI motor. They are two different animals. If you want TPI then swap it over. Dont try to make it look fancy lol.
As for the round air filter thing, they sell all kinds of them at auto zone / pepboys. They have all different sizes in round, oval, triangle ect. All those different carb aircleaners. IMO the TBI motors look better, more old skool.

That Edelbrock one doesn't look too bad, but I still don't like the carburetor look. I've seen that little Holley one before and the cheap plastic ring in it and foam look like a fire hazard.
