If you check over in the brake board, theres a bunch of threads on that. Ebmiller88 makes these setups to sell.

To do it yourself, you can cut the "rotor" part off your stock part, and get the piece leftover milled down to use as a hub. You need adapter brackets to mount the calipers too.

Here, this might get you started:

Re: c5 brakes on a 3rd gen

i did it.if you scratch and claw for parts its not expensive.just look around. example i scammed ebayer new gm ,es gm not china junk c5 drilled slotted rotors for 100 a pair shipped!!!!!!! anyways start with eb..hes the master.the hubless **** is just a rotor with the metal for the pads cut off then the new rotor sits on top. nowwwwwwwwwwwwwww efore you begin them are 13' brakes.youll need 17" wheels min....... and if you have them already it will kick you wheel sout about 3/10 of an " on each side..fyi if clearance is an issue already. you need rotos, bracket ,calipers and abuttments. claipers can be ls1 and are the same except theyre not as ribbed on top as much..big deal........everything else is same so you can get thos einstead since theyr emore plentiful buttttttttttttt you need the c5 abuttment bracets. them are themdouble u shaped brackets which the caliper slide on.them need to be c5 items and are thre hardest to find. if gm stil has them theyre tons f dough and scrap yards are no go,online is only option but like i said scratch and claw. ...in all honesty do any of us need them 13 in brakes? isnt the 12.1" ls1 brake enough?if so go with that set up. same deal you just need all ls1 parts which are common and cheap..fyi.. either way when you take a ls1 or c5 rotor and place it on top of your old 10" crap youll be like damnnnnn how does this stop with these tiny brakes

It's definitely worth it IMO. The C5's stop so much better than the 3rd gen's. As was suggested, search over on the brake board. All the info is allready there. Later, Dean

Re: c5 brakes on a 3rd gen

You also have to cut the old caliper mounts off of the spindle. Then drill and tap two holes for the caliper adapter brackets. Later, Dean

Re: c5 brakes on a 3rd gen

oh, you have to call him, he doesn't have them listed on his website(don't know why).....He has a bunch of thirdgen stuff.

his name is mike, 508-875-0016, he is the owner, very cool guy. I don't know why he doesn't list all his parts available. I talked to him today...he is going to try and be a tgo supporter and advertise and have parts list available to all of us.
You'll have to call during business hours though. Trust me it is worth the phone call.
