LS1 Motor Mount Adapter Plates

anyone know the specs of the mounts that bolt onto the side of an LS motor? i've searched and searched and nothing, so i've decided to fab up a pair... if i could find a measuring tape i'd measure it myself, but i can't... i plan on using my stock SBC mounts adapted to the ls motor...

that is one heck of a good source for info, great find.

when building these, do bear in mind you want to go with the 1" setback style if you want to keep the engine and trans in the same spot as the factory sbc was. the standard or non-offset will move it forward and give you more grief when it comes to the kmember clearance (although you should still notch it for the 1" back as well for some extra breathing room).
