Re: removing a/c and air pump

I ended up buying mine from summit but I am sure jegs or ebay has them too. I only bought the one for the a/c and then re-routed the pulley like shown here https://www.thirdgen.org/serpentine

Re: removing a/c and air pump

I ended up creating a setup that uses no delete pulleys... i moved the altenator to a/c compressors old location drilled a new index hole for tensioner spring and used a belt that was a foot shorter....i did this about 8 years ago and have since lost all pictures sorry

Re: removing a/c and air pump

btw you want to keep your egr if you enjoy fuel economy.....it is always closed at full throttle and has no effect on total performance

I leave stuff like that in place...its always handy to have wires hanging around that can be reassigned purpose... specially ones that travel through the firewall

Post the pictures, please?

I'm going to be deleting AC and AIR next to clean up the engine bay. I'm always up for new ideas.
