I picked up a Formula (older TA) offset bulge hood last week for a project I'm working on & it was missing the block-off plate. A quick look on e-bay yielded no hits for one so I had one made (8 actually).

It's a nuisance part that's often lost or missing as several of the hoods I looked at were missing them.
