Got a couple ZZ4 block questions (casting #10243880)
We're doing a 383 build on a ZZ4 engine and putting it in a 90' Formula. Got some questions.
First on the list, bell housing bolt pattern. Does anyone know if the ZZ4 will accept a T5WC bell or are they going to need an adapter? I find most stuff on gen-1 5.7 sbc architecture from the 80's and 90's is the same, but I'm not sure about the external patterns.
Second, the accessory bracket. There is currently an L03 in the car thats getting the swap, and I need to know if the stock bracket for alternator and power steering pump (driver side on this engine) is gonna fit onto a ZZ4 block with heads that retain the stock bolt positions, save for the adjustment from head gasket height. Will they bolt up to the same spots or am I gonna have to do some drill and fab here?
Lastly, motor mounts. I'm relatively confident that the bolt placement is the same on the ZZ4 as with other post-86 blocks, but I'm gonna ask anyway while I'm at it.

It will all work just fine. Only thing you will need to do is drill/tap one hole in the pass ZZ4/corvette113 head for the accessory bracket. That takes about 10 mins. I'm sure there are a few threads on this site on how/where to dirll/tap if you aren't sure.

Its just the ZZ4 block not the whole engine. The heads are TFS full CNC 230 comp heads chosen to accommodate the dome pistons with .680 lift cam. Duration is pretty high so valve velocity / movement curve per rotation isn't crazy, so its not an interference engine but its cutting it real close. I would prefer not to let it eat valves and pistons if springs let go or i find valve float. Generally i would go 215cc for a build like this but blueprint calls for some changes. Its redline is estimated 7500rpm on this cam and rotational assembly so 230cc should be fine up there. Not a street car so im not worried about port velocity down in low rpm... But anyway point being its not zz4 vette heads. The TFS heads have 3 different accessory holes in a triangle formation on front / rear face. Im assuming these are placed in a way to accommodate different configurations depending on what you're doing. If they need to be drilled then so be it. I'm more concerned about the holes on the block. Im most familiar with L98, LB9, L69 and L03 blocks. This is my first ZZ4. I'm trying to work out rather I need to go mock up and get some brackets cut at the CNC or if its gonna accept the stock single piece accessory bracket in the 87-90' L03 cars (the setup this is getting stuffed into). Its a lot easier and cheaper to tap a head than it is the block. I can do the head at home if thats the issue. But block drill and tap is gonna need a machine shop. I'm not equip for that stuff in my home garage. It would be easier and cheaper in my situation to just make some DXF files and cut some aluminium or stainless brackets on the CNC. Just trying to plan ahead here and figure our my different paths. Block is being ordered from summit in 3 weeks and im trying to (you know the old chestnut) build it and run it before christmas with no speed bumps along the way.

The GMPP serpentine setup is the same as what came on thirdgens. The instruction sheet can be found in PDF form, in the instructions it says to just leave that bolt out if your heads don't have the hole. FWIW.
