You can drill and tap the one passenger side head for the needed bolt, But be careful in how deep you drill and use a stud with locktite. I had the machine shop drill mine while they had them.....

that seems sketchy to do with just a drill but yea i guess i see where your going with that. you think thats my only option without spending a fortune on some custom aftermarket brackets and such?

Sketchy ?
I took the guy at the machine shop my right side bracket, He sat my head on a block laying there with the shim head gasket I'm using. He bolted the bracket to the block and to the one bolt hole already in the head, He then marked for the second bolt. He removed the bracket then sat the head up on his bench and drilled it with a hand held drill, He drilled 5/8" deep then tapped for a 3/8" bolt/stud.
Being careful and watching what your doing, This can be done in the car.
Lets see, Cost of drill bit and tap versus expensive custom aftermarket brackets.....

sketchy for me as ive never been very good with drilling into engine components, the idea isnt sketchy the idea is good lol. i think ill talk to a few neighbors with actual machine shop presses and see if the can drill it out at work or something, id feel better with a machine doing it than myself.
