350 with 5-speed
Q: Did GM ever offer the 350 L98 with a 5-speed?
A: No. All 350 L98 f-bodies offered to the public were automatics.

Q: Can a 5-speed be fitted to a 350?
A: Yes, although in a lot of cases it's less trouble to swap a 350 into 305/5spd car. Since SBCs are externally identical, it will work. However, I'd suggest using a World Class T5 behind the 350 as it should survive a little longer.

What is a World Class T5?
This is the manual transmission that was used in the 88 and up V8 F-Bodies.
That is what I said 88
Thanks, I do that all the time.

88 and up f-bodies...
There is an article in one of the current mags (hot rod or car craft I think, I dont have them in front of me to check) on how to differentiate between a regular T5 and a World Class T5.
