92 Formula w/ t tops 96k original miles

Just got this car. I'm the third owner as of Monday. All original & extremely clean aside from a baseball size dent on drivers side nose. Had t tops, black cloth interior (mint) all original paperwork, black ws6 wheels, auto 305 FI.

Believe it needs an injector. I have no time or tools to do it. If I get it fixed I'm keeping it because I'm in love with the car. Otherwise $1600 or trade for 4 wheel drive truck. The car has no rust underneath.

Cat was clogged so cut it off. Comes with the glass packed pipe. I know this car is worth WAY more, especially with the little work needed. I just need something to get me to work.

Has new tires, suspension components, fuel pump/filter, plugs/wires, MAP sensor, ignition coil and ignition module, brakes, etc.

Awesome car for an awesome price. PM me, text or email me for photos and info. Car will need to be trailered. 810-471-8224 available this weekend.

Post pics please

What makes you think the issue is an injector?

I can't post photos because I don't have a computer. Just a phone. I was told it was bad but now people are saying it sounds like it just needs a distributor. Regardless I'm fixing it and when I do price will for sure go up. If you message me your number or email I can send photos from my phone.

Thanks

Find a friend with a PC or go to a library and use one of theirs

Injector and dist issues are worlds apart. Whats it doing?

Like I said, if you want photos provide me witty an email or number like I've been doing with everyone on craigslist.

Starts up fine and runs fine. Drive it ten minutes and get it to temp, shut it off and it will crank but not fire unless you let it sit until it's cold. Sometimes if you unplug the suspected bad injector when it won't start, it will on the other 7 injectors.

I drove it and it cut off as if I turned the key off, no sputtering. But that was prior to me cutting off the clogged cat/replacing map sensor. Don't know much about cars, but nor am I clueless. Just no idea what it could be other than injector getting heat blocked or maybe the distributor isn't reading the cylinder that injector is on. I have no idea. I'll be doing more work to it this week.

pocket_demon00@yahoo.com

You've got a faulty IGN module inside the dist cap. $30 part

Already replaced that and it still didn't start after being warm. Took the part back and moved on. But that was prior to replacing ignition coil and MAP. Not sure if those coincide with each other.
