Looking for '82-'92 'bird for nieces first car
I dont want her to end up in some ***** mobile. I need something relatively cheap, I dont have much money but I really want to do this for her. Her 16th is about a year away so I have some time to fix some stuff but I dont want a basket case. Im located in Missouri so the closer the better. Help me out guys, where's a good deal?
Interesting, cant say the "R" word on here, huh?,lol. I forgot to mention I would prefer the car to be a V8(just because I'll be doing all the work on it and I dont like working on 6's) and an Automatic, just because being her first car I think an auto would be easier on her. Something "unmolested" would be nice too.

If you comb the classifieds, you'll find it. There was a nice formula for about 1000 bucks near St. Louis not too long ago...

If you look in classifieds you will find a NICE 87 formula. Has a new engine, everything is in real nice shape. Posted by Rideon1200. Out of Va.

If you'll notice I already responded to your post asking where the car is located. Richmond VA is a little to far...unless you're paying shipping?

Missouri, I made a trip to Missouri (actually Blytheville Ar) and back in a weekend. Rent a uhal and car trailer and it is a breeze. I will say that was 20 years ago! Couple cases of beer and a bunch of friends....ROAD TRIP!

WooHoo, I found and purchased a car! Its a red '87 T/A, grey interior, t-tops, got it for a little over $800. So thanks to everyone who offered assistance. Im sure I'll have questions but that's for a different section of the forum. Talk to you there!
