Trans Am rolling chassis wanted

Just testing the waters here. Would like to see if there is any rust free rolling chassis t-top cars available. Looking for anything from a 1982-1990 model. Preferably black and t-top. Doesn't have to have engine or interior but just a solid chassis and no rust inside or out. I'm located in North Alabama so I would probably have to come get it or have it shipped in. Let me know what you got and include a lot of pictures. Ive seen on here where there were a lot of missed opportunities for some $1000 or less in price for some good ones and would like to stumble upon that again.

How set are you on t-tops? How bout dents? As in, sledge hammer dents on the fenders.

100% set on t-tops. it doesn't even have to have fenders, hood or a hatch even. I have those parts already. Just as long as it has no rust in the structure or body.

Re: Trans Am rolling chassis wanted

I have to say. I talked to 2 people on the phone and had 2 good leads on 2 black trans ams with t-tops black and no rust and great prices. They said they would either send pics or I try to call them back and they don't ever call me back and drop off the face of the earth. I've never had this much trouble trying to buy a car from somebody? one of the people has an ad on here for one of the cars I tried to buy. I would even go for a firebird formula with t-tops, black would be the preferred color but if all I can find is another color and its a good price then I would bend. I'm trying to avoid doing a complete color change. It doesn't even have to have a motor or trans or fenders or hood, hell or even a rear hatch. As long as the wiring is in good shape, no rust in the structure or just surface rust that can be sanded off and within a reasonable distance to North Alabama. I prefer a fuel injected car since the lines will already be in the right place for my TPI sitting on the workbench. Maybe something will turn up

I know it's the opposite color of the one you want but this guy seems kinda motivated to sell it and it looks really clean from the pictures. He sent me a couple others (pics) but I really don't need another project.
