My new 1988 Formula 350

After spending the night

Different Angle :

Interior Shots SUPER clean!! Needs a vacuum, but I'll get around to it lol :

The Motor (Going over to detail it later today)Has K&N Filter and 1.6 Rockers :
I guess when GM swapped the 350 in it they changed the Emission label to 8) (doesnt look like anything under the sticker either) :

Very nice looking car, but....In my opinion, you need to lose the Large Formula decals, and either leave them off, or get stock ones.

Re: My new 1988 Formula 350

I don't like the rubber wing, but I like the fiberglass repro of the rubber one.

Your wing is very clean as well. My car is just a formula wannabe with the standard wing. Someone took your style hood and wheels and slapped them on before the paint job.

It's what I would have done as well, I just miss having a V8 car!!

Re: My new 1988 Formula 350

When I got the car it was :
-Lb9 TPI
-THM700R4 *Slipped into 3rd*
-3.42 Posi Rear Disc
--
It is now :
Mods are in Sig Below

------
I love the car, and now plan on doing some suspension modifications and beef those components up. It handles awesome compared to my winter RS and my old v8 RS aswell, the WS6 is killer! I am also planning on painting the black "bumperettes" body colour.

Took it to the track last fall, it ran 16.18 @ 85.00 MPH lol . Once I got the 305 out I noticed alot of Sludge in the motor, some gaskets were not there (exhuast manifolds lol, sides of block were black!) With my new setup/mods, I am hoping for 14.5 -> 13.9 in the 1/4. Have to wait till Spring though!

Let me know what you guys think of the car!

Out with the 305 :

350 looks right at home :
