'92 heritage L03 the same as others?

Engine: 355 TPI siamesed runners
Transmission: Tremec T56
Axle/Gears: 12-Bolt 3.73
The 92 Heritage Edition cars are nothing more than stickers, stripes and badges. The engines are the exact same as other 92's.
They almost were something really special.
Hopped up L98s available in RS and Z28 with 270 hp and 6 speeds (and a 30k price tag). Darn the slumping economy at the time! GM dumped the plan and ended up just offering decals and badges.
Oh, what could have been...
oh yeah, they did get a lot of glue to reduce creaks and rattles.
I still think the '92s are the best of the 3rd gens.
