Standalone RPO and VIN Decoder

I have finally finished the RPO Decoder part of my program suit. The RPO decoder ended up being a little over 8000 lines of code, so if you find any errors let me know, that much typing means possible errors LOL

The ones that don't apply I'm not to worried about, but if any are incorrect, Let me know I used several sources for the codes.

AAA should be correct and it applies to my car.
is the other two inncorrect?

If you have a good source of rpo codes let me know I will continue working on the list, fixing errors etc. Let me know via email
