82 Berlinetta

I found a 1982 Berlinetta local to me today. The body is straight, minimal rust in the normal places one small dent in the rear nothing that I can't fix. Interior is nice, headliner is still there. Options 305 auto carbed, ground effects, all power w/ power seat, rear window wiper, am/fm, gold berlinetta alloys, extra z28 set with snow tires, t-tops, full gauge pack w/tach. I have never ventured into pre 86 camaros, this thing has more options then my loaded iroc. I just wondered if any of these options were rare for an 82 and what the general value of the car is in this condition.

I've never heard of factory ground effects on a berlinetta??? I think the rear window wiper is rare and the power seat isn't very common (not for sure on berlinettas). Sounds like a real good deal for $300, what color is it exterior/interior?

I'm pretty sure the Berlie never came with GFX just like the Formy 'bird.
Rear window wiper & Power seat were pretty common on the Berlinetta

It's blue/blue. I don't know what to say about the ground effects. Just calling it as I see it. Dealer maybe? The paint is original, ground effects are the same color as the body/same type paint. They look like typical early third gen ground effects aka not like an iroc. The car is owned by the original owner who doesn't know much about cars and she never had any customization done to it. I was suspicious she was trying to do a z28 clone as she had z28 rims but she told me that the local tire shop gave her a good deal on them with the snow tires already mounted.
The ground effects are not that important to me, I would just rather have them then not. Isn't the nose different on the 82 z28's vs. the Berlinetta???

yes it is. Berlinetta's received the standard front bumper with smaller front grills and three slots in the upper portion right below the emblem. Z-28's had larger grill iserts and no slots.
