For a TTA ,I think 6500 is a good price regardless of the milage. Go for it! Two birds are better than one. Especially one being a TTA.

Don't see why someone would put a 2500 stall in when the stock D5 stalls at 2300. Might ? that. Just think for another $1k and in good tune it can turn hi 11's in the 1/4. Another grand and mid to low 11's can be seen. $ 8500 for a mid 11 sec. car, that handles great, stops on a dime, and get 25+mpg........ price sucks

A higher quality converter that stalls at the same/similar rpm as stock still has advantages.

That is a terrible deal! .....What was the guy's number again? I will call him and tell him not to take advantage of you like that. Forget about this car I will handle everything!
Seriously, if you decide to pass I would definitely be interested. Good luck!

Come on now 1987 GN, You already have two 3.8 Turbos. I wouldn't think twice about that car. If you don't want it let me know I will get it in a second. Those cars are amazing.
But really where did you find that car? I would really be interested in one (especially for that price!!).
Later, Garrett

well i wont tell where i found it until i decide that i dont want it. i contacted the person that is selling it, but i havent been contacted back yet, so i dont know if its still for sale or not. At that price i would expect that its gone already, but who knows. I will let you all know if i decide not to get it.

if it's t-top / leather then that sounds like a good price for the mileage and mods. It's bound to be developing some cosmetic problems at that age. if it's a hardtop car or a cloth interior car (or both), then it's even more of a bargain since those are pretty darned rare.
