Engine: 2.8 2bbl, 2.8 MPFI
Transmission: 200C 3 speed, 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.08, 3.42
LL1 cam question
Hey guys
I currently have an 86 2.8 and an 83 2.8 sitting in my garage (both out of Camaros). I was reading that the 2.8 HO had the same heads that the 85-89 2.8 had. Was the camshaft different as well? I was going to put the 86 heads on the 83 motor for better breathing but would really like to build an equivalent toan LL1. It may end up going into an old S-10.
